Mission Statement

The mission of the Nevers' Band, is to perpetuate its tradition of live, high quality performances of music for the benefit and enjoyment of all people, to promote and demonstrate the continuing relevance of modern and traditional concert band music and to preserve the history of the Band's regimental origins. As one of New Hampshire's oldest continuing musical organizations, Nevers' Band brings its "living history" to official local, state and other special occasions. With its roots as a Civil War regimental band formed in the Concord-Penacook area, Nevers' Band upholds its relationship with Concord citizens through concerts, educational programs and a scholarship program for students pursuing music studies in high school and college.
